I have dedicated my clinical work to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals across all age groups facing serious, complex mental health challenges. I have developed extensive expertise in treating a wide range of conditions, including suicidal ideation and self-harm behaviors, trauma and PTSD, emotion and behavioral dysregulation, Borderline Personality Disorder, eating disorders, depression and mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use, and ADHD. I have also helped teens and pre-teens cope with and work through the difficulties that can develop from traumatic invalidation, bullying, adoption, gender dysphoria, sexual orientation development, neurodivergence, executive functioning deficits, and learning disabilities. My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, compassion, and understanding, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. I believe in the power of open-mindedness and strive to meet each individual where they are, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs and goals. With a deep commitment to fostering healing and growth, I work collaboratively with clients to navigate the complexities of their mental health struggles.
